Growing-up, I remember always hanging around the kitchen. While I'm no Alain_Ducasse or even a Tony Bourdain, but I do have an inkling on how to prepare and cook food. Anyone who wants to be a native in the kitchen must have some decent cutting skills, as food comes in all shapes and textures. A short tutorial with some good explanation of technique and handling.
