Uploaded Photos Can Be Used To Track You

The world has become significantly smaller because of the digital age coupled with the medium of cyberspace being used as a new form of social media (i.e. - Facebook, Twitter), technology has become a double-edged sword. Privacy and security issues and concerns have been raised in the recent past stemming from the access of one's personal information as posted in the virtual world for all to see.

Now apparently a new feature in cameras and cell phones can be used (or exploited) to trace your location via photos posted online. Click on the news bit below -
It is good to know though that such a feature can be turned "OFF" if you take the time to get to know your gadget or electronic gear better.

Remember: while life in cyberspace can be fun and convenient, novelty should always be coupled with caution when exploring these new things. After all, there is there is the cyber-adage of TMI ("too much information"). Don't be too excited to post the minute details of your life on the internet!
